Terms and conditions
1. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is permitted from 15:00 onwards. Check-out must take place by 10:00 on the day of departure.
2. Occupancy
The number of guests indicated at the time of booking (including children) must be strictly observed. For each additional person beyond the permitted number, even temporarily, a penalty of €50.00 will be charged and the accommodation must be vacated immediately.
3. Unregistered persons
It is strictly forbidden to allow entry or presence in the accommodation, even temporarily, of persons other than those registered at check-in. In the event of a violation, the property reserves the right to request their immediate removal and, in more serious cases, to consider the stay terminated with immediate vacation of the premises.
4. No smoking
Smoking inside the apartments is strictly forbidden. Non-compliance will result in sanitation costs and compensation charges being billed to the guest.
5. Parking
One reserved parking space is provided for the exclusive use of the guest, to be used only in the designated area, without occupying common areas or spaces assigned to other guests. Only one vehicle may be parked, unless otherwise agreed. The property accepts no liability for theft or damage to vehicles or their contents.
6. Pets
Small pets (max 10 kg) are permitted with prior agreement and a supplement of €10 per animal per day. The presence of undeclared pets will result in a penalty of €100.00 per animal and possible early termination of the stay. The guest is responsible for the animal's behaviour and any damage caused.
7. Cot
A cot service is available upon request and prior agreement, at a cost of €10 per day, for a maximum charge of 5 days per stay. The service must be requested and confirmed before arrival.
8. Handover and return
The guest receives the accommodation and appliances in good condition and fit for use, becoming their custodian, and undertakes to return them in the same condition, subject to normal wear and tear. Any breakdowns or damages occurring during the stay are the guest's responsibility.
9. Conduct
Behaviour that causes disturbance to other guests of the building is prohibited, as is the introduction of flammable, explosive or corrosive materials into the accommodation.
10. Utilities and cleaning
Utilities are included. The property is not obligated to clean the accommodation during the guest's stay. At the end of the stay, the guest must leave the apartment in perfect clean condition, including all dishes, and dispose of waste at the designated collection points in accordance with separate waste collection rules.
11. Alterations
No modifications, improvements or additions to the premises, their intended use or installations are permitted without the prior written consent of the property.
12. No subletting
Subletting, lending or transferring the accommodation to third parties in any form is strictly prohibited.
13. Final inspection
An inspection of the unit is carried out at the end of the stay. In the event of damage to furnishings, fittings, objects or textiles, the property reserves the right to seek compensation once the damage has been assessed.
14. Liability
The property is not liable for any interruption of services beyond its control.
